What Drivers Need to Know: 

Please check with your insurance company about coverage for your vehicle while on a racetrack. If your vehicle is not covered, you can purchase one day track coverage from numerous companies or your company may be able to refer you.

  • Check-in begins at 9 am. 

  • Laps will be led by the pace car.

  • This is a drive at your own risk event and will take place rain or shine.

  • All drivers must be 18 years of age.

  • One passenger only can ride with the driver, must be 18 years or older.

  • No helmets or fire suits required.

  • Drivers must wear closed toed shoes.

  • Drivers must attend the Drivers’ Meeting on the morning of the event, prior to the track start.

  • All paperwork and releases must be signed before driving.

  • Car inspection will be performed by the track crew which includes state registration verification, tire and brake check.

  • No vehicles leaking fluid will be permitted on the track.

  • There are absolutely no children under 18 years of age permitted on the track.

  • No one under 18 years of age is allowed in the pit lane.

  • No alcohol, animals, bicycles or motorcycles are permitted.

  • No outside food or drink is permitted.

  • Spectators welcomed to watch from the access road.

  • Bring your own chairs.

  • SJCS Meals on Wheels will send out periodic updates for registered drivers.



What Guests Need to Know:


  • Check-in is 9 am.

  • All attendees are required to sign a release for the Club Motorsports facility. 

  • No outside food or drink is permitted.

  • No guest tents are permitted.

  • Adult Spectator Tickets allow a ride with a driver, if available*, access to the BBQ and spectator areas. (SJCS does not guarantee a ride unless the guest arrives with a driver or a driver is a available)

  • Children’s Tickets are available online and allow access to BBQ and spectator areas.

  • Bring your own: chairs, sunscreen, and bug repellent.
